Our skilled nursing team has immediate openings for experienced and customer service oriented RNs in Franklin County. These are 13-week full time assignments with possible opportunities for continued employment on a per diem, part time, or full time basis upon completion. Your duties and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Performs nursing procedures such as wound care and dressing changes, lab draws, medication set up and administration, patient education for in home clients.
Communicates frequently with the RN Case Manager regarding changes in patient care or condition, obtaining physicians orders, and securing equipment/supplies for use in the home.
**Requirements include:**
* graduate of an accredited nursing school and licensed, in good standing, to practice in the state of Ohio
* minimum 2 years of experience within the past 5 years, which includes the practice of infusion therapy in the medical-surgical, critical care, or home care setting
* current BLS certification
* able to meet health and state/federal criminal background check requirements
* able to pass a drug screen
